Prednisolone for post-COVID-19 syndrome: effect below the threshold for clinical relevance
Statistically significant short-term improvement with prednisolone should not be equated with clinically meaningful benefit. B vitamins showed no benefit with the studied regimen; prednisolone efficacy requires confirmation.
