Metamizole versus ibuprofen after cesarean delivery: no pain difference detected, renal safety uncertain
In women with preeclampsia with severe features, the trial did not establish an advantage of metamizole over ibuprofen for pain or blood pressure. These findings should not be interpreted as evidence of equivalence or equal renal safety.
